| Recently, advancement of ubiquitous technology makes better life to people in terms of the quality of life. Ubiquitous or pervasive computing makes this trend more dramatically by harnessing technological advances in sensing, information processing and actuation capabilities of smart devices integrated to a physical space. Besides, personal preference service has become a prominent topic, if relating with sensing technology, especially. Each person has a different preference about environmental condition, such as thermal, humidity, or visual condition according to his/her mental status or metabolic rates. These preference can affect when a person is performing certain activities, or under certain environmental conditions. Therefore, it needs to be considered individually, provides occupants with a preferred indoor environment while living in a place. According to this research, we can easily expect the extension of USN and RFID application domain into building operation area for energy saving and enhanced occupants’ comfort as well as enhancement of quality of life and productivity through increased human comfort. This system will enable building occupants to have a useful and effective indoor climate control interface strictly based on his/her own physiological preference so that the overall level of satisfaction could be dramatically increased.
